Encor was established in 1987 when it was decided to expand our product range into the demanding area of engineering resins. At that time the engineering resin market in Australia was still in its infancy. Most moulding companies viewed these resins as being too expensive, too inflexible in their application and too demanding to process.

This perception has changed over the years as we have developed a range of engineering resins that provide cost effective and flexible solutions for the most demanding of applications. Technical advances in moulding equipment have also meant that our customers are no longer restricted in material selection for high specification mouldings.

Since 1987 we have invested heavily in research and development, and worked closely with our customers and suppliers to produce a range of engineering resins that include Acetal, Acrylic, Elastomers, High Isotactic PP, Nylon 6 & 6/6, PBT, Polycarbonate and Polycarbonate/ABS Alloys.

Encor has sales responsibility for its own range of distributed resins, however our sales personnel have the expertise and technical support to service our customers on any product sold within the Martogg Group.
